Learn About Chris Mills – Managing Member
Chris Mills earned his Bachelor of Science in Aquaculture with a minor in Agricultural Business from Louisiana State University (1996). After graduation, Chris began his career as Production Manager at Aquaculture Systems Technologies (AST), a leading manufacturer of Propeller Wash and Small Bubble Wash Bead Filters. During his 6.5-year tenure at AST, Chris gained extensive experience in aquatic life support systems, overseeing manufacturing and testing of filtration units, design and construction of custom filtration systems, job start-ups and equipment training, and providing sales and technical support for AST’s products.
In 2003, Chris joined Emperor Aquatics, Inc., a premier manufacturer of UV sterilizers and aquatic life support equipment, as Southeast-Midwest Regional Sales Manager. In this role, he delivered sales, consulting, and technical support to clients in the Aquaculture, Aquarium, Water Garden, Wastewater, and Zoo industries.
Chris has also served as an officer on the Board of Directors for the Aquaculture Suppliers Association, demonstrating his commitment to advancing the industry.
When he’s not working, Chris enjoys spending time with his family, hunting, and fishing.
