Hydro Composites, LLC (HC) has been building molds since its inception in 2007. Each fiberglass product that is produced must have a mold that the product is copied from. In the early days, HC was tasked with building a mold for each product design that was desired to add to our fiberglass tank product lines for aquatic life. To date, HC has produced over 300 standard product molds which allow for the fabrication of over 400 tank sizes. HC currently uses its 4,500 ft2 dedicated mold shop to fabricate, repair or modify product lines and custom tank molds on a daily basis.
